If the windshield repair does not turn to the customer satisfaction, if the repair fails, the cost of the windshield repair will be credited against the cost of the windshield replacement (Replacement must be perform by A TEXAS STAUNCH AUTO GLASS). 

Should the windshield chip or crack become larger in our attempt to repair the windshield, we cannot be held responsible for such damage.
